We offer vented or ventless, both indoor and outdoor. Sizes range from 16" to 120"

Do we provide installation services?

What's your warranty

For burners- Indoor burners carry a lifetime warranty against any manufacture defects or breakage. Outdoor install comes with 2 year warranty 

For logs- Lifetime warranty against manufature defects or breakage installed indoors. Outdoor install comes with 2-year warranty.

For valves- Carry a 2-year warranty for indoors. Thermopile or thermocoupling comes with 1-year warranty. Outdoor install comes with 1 year warranty on valves, thermopile, or thermocoupling

What is not covered
  1. Removal and reinstallation
  2. Labor cost for replacement or repairs
  3. Shipping cost
  4. The cost of a service call to diagnose trouble
  5. Painted surfaces
  6. Damage or defect caused by improper installation, misuse, or altercation of burner/logs

Our owner has been in the industry since 1996. The team we have assembled combines for 50+ years of experience in the industry. Our goal is to keep creating the most realistic fire and logs you can find. We are continuously developing new creations to keep up to date with trends, without compromising the quality of our products.

 

We are a family owned and operated business this gives us the opportunity to provide outstanding service for all our products. We are 100% American made and believe in supporting our Community and Country. With everything from burners to logs built right here in Southern Indiana. 

 

Lost River is not just a name it is a National Natural Landmark that runs right through our area here in Indiana. We have spent countless hours searching for our logs on our property to recreate the most realistic-looking logs with the entire product made right here in house from start to finish.
